We collect and save both anonymized and personal Information, sent to us through our online contact form, directly by email, and gathered through metadata. This is used in the course of business, analytics, legal issues and communication with the public. collected traffic and user data is held only in log files, and where submitted by the public, in opt-in databases and email databases.
Cookies: We set cookies on your computer to help us deliver content and to track anonymized visitor metrics as captured by Google Search Console.

Who we share data with: Our hosting company and our Analytics platforms collect user data on our behalf. These firms have their own privacy policies that protect your data. We do not collect presonally identifiable data from users, unless they send it to us in an email, or voluntarily sign-up for our subscriber list.
How long we retain your messages, personal data, and meta-data: All Information, including personal information, sent to us through our online contact form, directly by email, and gathered through metadata is retained indefinitely. Please note that website administrators can also view that information. At this time, we do not allow users to register on our website.
What rights you have over your data: Data you share with us is kept indefinitely, and we retain it to meet administrative, legal, or security obligations. However, if you sent us a file in error that we should not have received, please alert us. We will research and if necessary refer to counsel for a decision on whether or not we are obliged to keep the data. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive a notification of our decision in a timely manner. With regards to subscribing to our email list, you have the right to unsubscribe at any time. At that point we will remove your data from the email list. This does not delete any emails you might send to us, as this information is kept indefinitely.
Where we send your data: Your data is collected by Google, StatCounter and Constant Contact, depending upon type of interaction and how you interact with our website. These 3 companies collect this data through a tracking pixel. Google & StatCounter use this data to measure site optimization and performance, and to segment visitor traffic. Constant Contact only collects email address, first name and last name when a reader signs up for our email list. Only the email address is required upon sign-up. How we protect your data: Our website utilizes Secure Socket Layers encryption (an SSL Certificate), to provide a reasonable amount of safety when you browse our website, utilize our contact form, or subscribe to our email list.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data: The extent of our use of automated decision making software is limited to the responsiveness of our website. Our code detects what kind of device and browser you are using, and makes adjustments to screen size and navigation accordingly. It also checks cookies to determine if you are a prior visitor.
